I sleep through most of the morning. I have to get up to check Martha and Katy are both safe - they decided to make a cake that is gooey in the middle. Their objective was to make it for Louise, however, when they finished, they decided to eat it themselves! Their technical skills were excellent - they created the pudding and it did ooze "sauce".
Louise came to go to see War Horse. It is an amazing production. Yes, we were crying ...
We watched Strictly when we got home, and then the 50th anniversary Dr Who. All in bed now.

I really enjoyed spending time with you all today and war horse was great. Martha and Katy laughed at me crying, and i found it really funny that they made me a cheque and ate it all before I arrived! It's the thought that counts though! Love to you all. Louise xx

ReplyDeleteLooking forward to catching up later this week. I was wearing my Moss Park tracky bottoms to hockey on Saturday and was asked if I knew kate Walton?! quite a few of the Macc players know her because they have children the same age.
ReplyDeleteI've got war horse tickets for the new year (simon's ticket is his xmas present - my ticket is a treat to myself). will make sure that I take lots of tissues and wear waterproof mascara ;-)
